Plinia spiritosantensis 'Mucuri Velvet' is an exceptionally rare Jaboticaba variety from the remote Vale do Mucuri.
This fertile valley is located in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, bordering the Atlantic Coast Region (Mata Atlântica).
The species name refers to its origin in the neighboring state of Espírito Santo.
This particular form was discovered directly on the banks of the Mucuri River, a life-giving waterway of the region stretching over 350 km.
The fruits of 'Mucuri Velvet' are a feast for the senses:

Dies fruchtbaren Tal im brasilianischen Bundesstaat Minas Gerais, an der Grenze zur Atlantischen Küstenregion (Mata Atlântica).
Der Name der Art verweist auf ihren Ursprung im benachbarten Bundesstaat Espírito Santo.
