Diese Campomanesia ist sehr selten und wächst in den höher gelegenen Wäldern der brasilianischen Bundesstaaten Rio de Janeiro und São Paulo. Dadurch kann dieser Baum kurze Fröste bis -3 Grad widerstehen. Der Geschmack ist säuerlich exotisch und man kann die Früchte roh essen oder zu Saft, Eis usw verarbeiten. Ein Saft aus dieser Frucht ist sehr lecker und man sagt das beste Fruchteis wird mit dieser Frucht gemacht. Bewurzelter Steckling einer zweijährigen PflanzeZu den 4 verschiedenen BIG Eugenia mit riesigen Früchten die vor wenigen Jahren in Bahia entdeckt wurden gehört auch diese BIG Conduru.Diese Eugenia wurde im Nationalpark Conduru in Bahia entdeckt.Wir haben von unserer zweijährigen Pflanze einen Steckling bewurzelt.Das hat über 6 Monate gedauert und jetzt treibt dieser Steckling neu aus.Der Baum bekommt wunderschöne, große Blätter und die Früchte sind gelb wenn sie vollreif sind.Auf dem Foto sieht man eine bereits überreife Frucht, daher kann man auch nicht viel zum Geschmack berichten.Diese Eugenia ist extremst selten und ein hochbegehrtes Sammlerstück.Bitte diese seltene Eugenia bei mindestens 10 Grad überwintern.

Unique.Like almost every Jaboticaba, it grows slowly in the first three years and now begins to grow noticeably larger.You can already see the new leaves in many places.I cut off a few old brown leaf tips from the winter.This Plinia is nicknamed Peluda because of the hairs on its leaves and fruit.The tree does not grow very large and is well suited to being kept in a pot.I would still overwinter this Plinia at at least 10 degrees.Diese ultra seltene Jaboticaba ist bereits über 3 Jahre alt. Einzelstück.Wie fast jede Jaboticaba wächst sie in den ersten drei Jahren langsam und beginnt ab jetzt merklich größer zu werden.Man sieht jetzt bereits an vielen Stellen die neuen Blätter.Ich habe ein paar alte braune Blattspitzen vom Winter abgeschnitten.Diese Plinia trägt den Beinamen Peluda aufgrund ihrer Haare an Blättern und Früchten.Der Baum wird nicht sehr groß und sie ist gut für eine Kübelhaltung geeignet.Überwintern würde ich diese Plinia dennoch bei mindestens 10 Grad.

It is easily recognized by the slightly ribbed shape of the fruit. This Eugenia is one of the easiest to care for. It can even tolerate short-term frost. Das bedeutendste Vorkommen liegt im Bundesstaat Espírito Santo und nördlich von Rio de Janeiro und kann auch in einigen Gebieten im Nordosten Brasiliens vorkommen.Sie ist schnellwachsend und fruchtet in Brasilien bereits nach ca. 3 Jahren.Die Früchte sind länglich, mit einer dünnen Schale, die ein sehr schmackhaftes, orangefarbenes flüssiges Fruchtfleisch umgibt.Die Schale und die dünne Membrane um den Samen sind jedoch leicht bitter. Daher wird nur das Fruchtfleisch gegessen oder zu Saft verarbeitet.Aus 3 kg Früchten kann man 2 Liter Saftkonzentrat gewinnen.Von diesem Saftkonzentrat nutzt man 100ml für einen Liter Saft.Bitte diese Pflanze bei mindestens 10 Grad überwintern.

Hier bekommt ihr einen getopften, bewurzelten Steckling einer fünfjährigen Pflanze.Damit blüht diese Pflanze bei euch um einige Jahre früher als vom Samen.Die Blätter haben ein saftiges grün und sind leicht behaart.Dieser Baum stammt aus Rio de Janeiro und Minas Gerais in Brasilien und wird ca. 3m groß.Selbstverständlich kann er ohne Probleme beschnitten und kleiner gehalten werden.Die gelben Früchte sind sehr schmackhaft und erinnern an Aprikose mit Exotik. Sie sind ca 2,5cm im Durchmesser. Wir haben diese Früchte bereits selbst gegessen und können das bestätigen.Diese Pflanze ist selbstfertil und fruchtet allein.Ausgewachsene Exemplare erleiden Frostschäden ab -6 Grad.Das bedeutet, dass diese Pflanze zwar kurzfristig Frost verträgt aber dennoch besser bei mindestens 10 Grad überwintert werden sollte.

It has withstood temperatures of up to -6 degrees in Argentina.I would still overwinter it at at least 10 degrees.Keeping and caring for it is the same as for most "normal" Jaboticabas.Hier haben wir eine weitere unbekannte Jaboticaba aus Argentinien.Gefunden wurde diese Plinia in der Serrena (leichtes Hochland) des Gebietes Obera im argentinischen Bundesland Misiones.Dieses Bundesland liegt ganz im Norden Argentiniens und grenzt an Paraguay und Brasilien.Die Blätter dieser Jabo sind länglich und etwas ähnlich der Plinia peruviana.Die Früchte sind sehr saftig, süß und lecker.Dieser Baum kann bereits nach ca. 6 Jahren blühen und Früchte bekommen.Auch in puncto Kälteverträglichkeit ist diese Plinia gut. Sie hat in Argentinien Temperaturen bis -6 Grad ausgehalten.Ich würde sie dennoch bei mindestens 10 Grad überwintern.Haltung und Pflege wie die meisten "normalen" Jaboticabas.

Damals haben wir zwei Samen bekommen und das sind jetzt bereits 50cm große Pflanzen.Von diesen Pflanzen ist dieser bewurzelte Steckling. Der Bundesstaat Santa Catarina in Brasilien ist etwas größer als Österreich und hat 3 Millionen weniger Einwohner als Österreich.Ca. 40 Prozent der dortigen Einwohner haben deutschsprachige Vorfahren und werden dort „germano-brasileiro“ oder „alemão“ genannt.Diese Murta de Santa Catarina wurde da entdeckt und wächst ohne Probleme und Ansprüche.Die Früchte dieser Eugenia haben einen fantastisch guten Geschmack.Sie hält kurz Frost aus aber das würde ich nicht wirklich testen. Besser bei mindestens 10 Grad überwintern.
