Süß und sauer und sehr aromatisch. Die Cabeludinha ist eine ziemlich einfach zu ziehende Art.Wie bei allen Myrciaria Arten hängen die neuen Blätter wie ein Storchenschnabel typisch nach unten.Die Blätter haben ein saftiges grün und sind leicht behaart.Dieser Baum stammt aus Rio de Janeiro und Minas Gerais in Brasilien und wird ca. 3m groß.Selbstverständlich kann er ohne Probleme beschnitten und kleiner gehalten werden.Die gelben Früchte sind sehr schmackhaft und erinnern an Aprikose mit Exotik. Sie sind ca 2,5cm im Durchmesser. Wir haben diese Früchte bereits selbst gegessen und können das bestätigen.Diese Pflanze ist selbstfertil und fruchtet allein.Ausgewachsene Exemplare erleiden Frostschäden ab -6 Grad.Das bedeutet, dass diese Pflanze zwar kurzfristig Frost verträgt aber dennoch besser bei mindestens 10 Grad überwintert werden sollte.
