This beautiful Myrciaria is native to the northeastern states of Ceará and Piauí in Brazil.
The tree doesn't grow very large and is very well suited to container cultivation.
The fruits are relatively large for Myrciaria and taste fantastic.
Many of these fruits can compete with Jaboticaba in terms of taste, as they are equally as good.
The flavor is juicy, aromatic, and sweet and fruity.
Please overwinter this plant at a minimum temperature of 10 degrees Celsius.
