Its most striking feature is the creamy to yellowish pulp, which you can admire in the cross-section on our photos.

Psidium sp. "Dovale" is incredibly tasty and captivates with a fine sweetness without the often dominant acidity of other wild species.
The finder of this variety named it "Dovale" (valley) due to its exceptional quality and its specific discovery location.
